Logging on

You need to log on in order to use CPanel to manage your web site.

To log on:

  1. Enter the address of your CPanel in your web browser. The address needs to be in the form of http://www.yourdomain.com:2082 or https://www.yourdomain.com:2083

  2. Enter your user name and password in the User Name and Password fields.

  3. Click on OK button. You will now be logged on to CPanel.

If log in fails follow these steps:

  1. Enter the address of your CPanel in your web browser. The address needs to be in the form of http://www.yourdomain.com:2082

  2. Do you get a box asking for a username and password?
    No - This means you have a firewall preventing access to port 2082. Please adjust your firewall settings or if you are in an office contact your systems administrator and try again once this is fixed.
    Yes - Enter the username and password for your account as supplied in your welcome email.

  3. Click on OK button. You will now be logged on to CPanel.

  4. If this fails you have a password problem. Please click here and fill out a password reset form.
