How do I get help?

This manual is designed to help you find the information you require as quickly as possible. If you are unsure how to do something or you have a problem, try the following approaches:

• Quick Start Guide - This contains answers to the most common questions users ask about using their hosting account. Click Here.

• Contents - The Contents list on the left hand side of the screen allows you to scan through the topics that are available in a logical order. It is worth taking a few minutes and reading the Contents to familiarize yourself with the information available.

• Search - The Search function here allows you to search the help file for specific words. Use the Search engine when you do not have time to use the Contents or the Index.

• Contact Technical Support - If you have a fault with your account you should report this to technical support by submitting a support ticket.
